Love Pākiri Beach? Get your slice of paradise
At Pākiri Beach Holiday Park, we have 64 annually leased caravan sites around the park. These are paid for on an annual basis and cost between $5,000 and $9,000 per year. These are paid for by ‘annual site holders’, whose caravans stay on the site year round, and who can come to stay anytime they wish, for up to 85 days per year.
As an annual site holder, you are able to use all of the park facilities, including the communal kitchen, bathrooms, games and TV room, laundry, playground, and jumping pillow. You are also entitled to special discounts of up to 15% on all of our other accommodation.
From time to time, when new sites become available, often the existing caravans are sold. They are normally high in demand, so we can add you to a waitlist.
