This policy also applies to users of our website who are not customers of Pākiri Beach Holiday Park.

Pākiri Beach Holiday Park collects different information about you at different times.

2.1 Information we require to supply our services.

When you make a booking online via NewBook, our booking service facilitator, we request information such as your name, address, telephone number, email address and credit card details.

2.2 Other information.

If you respond voluntarily to a survey or competition from us, we collect the responses and use the information to market our services. We do not ever on-sell this information to 3rd parties.

2.3 Personal information storage.

Pākiri Beach Holiday Park stores this information. Any information that is submitted to or collected will be physically located on our website hosting server. This information will be kept strictly confidential unless we are required to release the information by law.

2.4 Credit Card information

Pākiri Beach Holiday Park does not store credit card details or data. When you submit your credit card information via our website booking service, this information is used by NewBook (our booking service provider) and Merchant Warrior (our eCommerce Payment Gateway provider) to complete the booking. Your information is secure during this transaction and is not stored following the completion of your transaction. 3.1 We collect and use your personal information to operate our booking services and deliver our accommodation services to you.

3.2 We may use your personal information to:

Contact you in relation to your booking, special offers (from us), newsletters, surveys, and individual service audits, or in response to any expression of interest we may receive from you in relation to our products and services. We will treat all information we collect from you as strictly confidential. Pākiri Beach Holiday Park does not rent or lease its customer lists to third parties.

4.1 Pākiri Beach Holiday Park does not secure credit card data, so there is no risk of this information being misappropriated. All credit card transactions are handled through our website via NewBook, our online booking facility provider, and Merchant Warrior, our eCommerce Gateway provider. 4.2 Personal information is stored in a secure environment off-site. Only staff who need to have access to your personal information in order to perform their job function are authorised to access the database.
